🛠️ Can I order a custom design?
Yes, of course! At Shikworks, we do a lot of custom work. Whether you have your logo or not, just write to us, we'll help you! We love bringing unique ideas to life with custom 3D printing .

Can I return or exchange a product?
We work on a custom basis and with custom manufacturing, so we don't accept returns except for errors or defects. If something arrives wrong, please let us know and we'll fix it. We want you to love what you receive 💌

What materials do you use?
Primarily PLA , a biodegradable, plant-based plastic, and resin for some decorative details. Everything is 3D printed using well-calibrated home machines.

Is there a minimum age to purchase?
Yes. Products marked as paraphernalia or for discreet use are intended for those over 18 years of age only . We do not sell to minors or accept orders if we detect misuse.

📦 Where are orders manufactured and shipped from?
All of our products are designed, printed, and packaged by hand in our workshop in the Basque Country, Spain. We work from home with our 3D printers, and every order goes through our hands, with our 3D printers, and every order goes through our hands, without intermediaries or mass production .

🧼 How do I care for my 3D printed parts or suncatchers?

• For 3D products: Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid exposing them to extreme heat or constant humidity.
• For suncatchers: You can clean them with a damp cloth and easily reposition them. Store them flat when not in use.

🔒 Do the secret compartments close properly?
Our compartment keychains are designed to screw shut to keep your items secure. While they're not 100% leak-proof (don't use them for liquids), they work great for discreetly, creatively, and securely carrying small items.
