    1.1 Physical products

    • We accept returns within 30 calendar days of purchase.

    • Products must be unused , with tags and original packaging.

    • The customer assumes the return shipping costs , except if the product has manufacturing defects or has arrived damaged.

    1.2 Services

    • If you are not satisfied with a purchased service, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss possible solutions.

    2.1 Physical products

    • Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days .

    • Refunds will be made via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

    2.2 Services

    • In the event of an agreed-upon refund for services, it will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days from approval.

    Some personalized or custom-made products may not be returnable. Any exceptions will be indicated on the product page or at the time of purchase.
